We will send your parcel number after we handle your order to the DHL. With parcel number you track your order at DHL international website.
Orders & Returns
Go to shop page to find your stone. Push the add to cart button o the product page. After you add all product to cart what you want, you can check your cart or go to checkout. At checkout page you can add shipping address and can choose payment and shipping method. At the end of order you have to push the Place order button.
Before we shipped your order you can cancel or change it.
After we handle your order to the transport company you can't change your order any more.
Yes, you have to have an account to place order. You can make the registration process at your first order. Take the product to the cart and go to checkout.
After purchase you have 14 days. In this 14 days you can change your mind and you can return your order and cancel it. In this case before we pay back the price of the stone for you, we have to make a GIA certificate recheck. You have to send the stone directly to GIA Laboratory. After check the stone the GIA will transport it to our company. When the stone arrived back and everything is ok we will send you back the price of the stone reduced by the GIA report and transport cost. The whole process is about 30-45 working days.
